  Delicious grilled chicken sandwich on a french roll.
  Staff are friendly.
  Close to my house and just thought I'll give it a try always busy, so wanted to check it Out.

  I have been a local of Azusa for the last 4+ years. So I usually grade on a couple categories. Staff,service,quality, and ambiance of location. I went with my wife and 2 daughters at about 4:45pm today. I ordered the pastrami burger combo plain with fries, Wife got the alvacado burger combo with no tomato, and my daughters got pancakes.
  
  The pancakes were perfect and smelled heavenly. my daughters loved them. Fries and onion rings were great. The only thing that brought the star rating down was the patty in our burgers and the pastrami in my burger was super salty.
  
  Staff was great!
  Service was great!
  Ambiance of location was great!
  Quality of the patties for the burgers and pastrami was low.
  The rest of the food was great!
  
  If they get those patties up to par, they would get 5 stars. But because that was the main part of our order as burgers, it took off 2 stars over all.
  
  I hope they get this review and get them patties handled... I would like to go back hopefully.

  We've been supporting this establishment since 2014, many different reasons come up when I think of what to write but the facts are what's important. Menudo is pretty much why I show up and Nancy always love the breakfast. Thanks kitchen staff and front end staff for such a wonderful experience.

  Decent burger, chili cheese fries needed some help but steak sandwich was a standout. I would go back for the steak sandwich in a heartbeat, but one hesitation would be their yellow peppers. They were really really salty. Not sure if they do that on purpose or not, but enough to keep me from going back since I like them with my food.
  
  Steak sandwich - 5 stars. Tender steak and plenty of it in the sandwich.
  Burger - 3.5 stars. Just ok. Nothing special.
  Chili cheese fries - 2.5 stars. Needed more chili and fries were stale.
  Yellow chili peppers - 0 stars! Why so salty??
  Drive through service - 4 stars. Nice and gave me extra peppers when I asked for them. Had I known before how salty they were, I wouldn't have needed to.
  Drive through time - 2 stars. Pretty long wait times. Would have been ok if fries were fresher.

  This is more for customer service update. Went drive-thru today I ordered side of cheese fries and a plain cheese burger came out to like $8 and change. I give my card to the cashier and she charges my card $30.46!
  
  She hands me the receipt to sign good thing I always make sure before I sign to look at what I'm being charge for. So I see the amount I'm like did you already charge my card because this is the wrong amount $30 and change for side of cheese fries  and plain cheese burger, she's like yeah I charged it I'm like seriously!
  
  So no apology or nothing just a laugh like who cares so I'm like it's going to take a few days for me to get that back right and again her with a laugh says yeah! You figured for their careless mistake they would offer you like a discount or something but nothing just a laugh.
  
  Point is if you do come here make sure you always check your receipt before you sign it. Again horrible customer service.
